If you're having problems logging into Moodle, try these common fixes for password issues:
1.) Do you have an MHC network account?
2.) Are you using the same user name/password combination that you do for email?
3.) Is your caps lock on?
4.) Are you leaving the '@mhc.edu' off of your username? It is not needed when logging on to Moodle.
If you still cannot login and suspect you have forgotten your password, please contact the ITS Helpdesk (828.689.1444) to have your password reset.
